Non Bake Cheesecake

CHEESECAKE

Ingredients

500g cream cheese
1 cup sugar
500g thickened cream
1 cup water
1 Tablespoon Gelatine
Chocolate your choice or fresh fruit
250g packet of plain biscuits of your choice
170g approximate of melted butter

Method

Grease a 20cm-round (base) springform pan.  Using a food processor, process biscuits until fine crumbs.
Add butter, process until combined.  Press the biscuit mixture over base of prepared pan.  Refrigerate for 10 minutes.

Meanwhile, sprinkle gelatine over boiling water in a heat proof jug.  Whisk with a fork until gelatine has dissolved.  Set aside to cool

Meanwhile, using an electric mixer beat cream cheese, sugar and cream until light and fluffy.  Gradually beat in gelatine mixture until combined.  Pour mixture into prepared pan, add chocolate or fruit to filling.  Cover Refrigerate overnight or until set.

Ready in: 45 mins (30 mins Prep - 15 mins Cook)

This will fill your cookie jar, with a different variety of biscuits in one easy recipe.

Ingredients
500g butter
400g condensed milk
1¼ cup caster sugar  (312 grms)
5 cups self raising flour (1250 grms)

Any combination of these ingredients I use to make different cookies:
3 tablespoon cocoa & ¾ cup choc bits
1/2 cup glazed cherries and ¾ cup white choc bits
3 teaspoons grated orange rind and 1 cup choc bits
1 cup chopped macadamia nuts and 3/4 cup choc bit
1½ cups M&Ms
or
roll into balls, make indent in centre and add your favourite jam
roll into balls and press into 100s & 1000s
roll into ball and press into raw sugar and cinnamon

Preparation method  In a large bowl cream butter, sugar and condensed milk until light and creamy in texture.

 Add the flour, mix well and then divide into 4 portions. Add the other ingredients suggested above to each portion as desired.  Combine all ingredients together, roll tablespoon of the mixture into balls and flatten slightly.  Place on tray leaving room for spreading. Bake for 14 to 16 minutes or until light golden in colour, allow to stand for 5 minutes on tray, then place on wire rack until cool

Banana Bread


BANANA BREAD
Ingredients

250g Sugar
250g Butter
5 eggs 
250g Self Raising Flour
500g bananas 
1 teaspoon bicarb soda

Method

1.  Cream butter and sugar together
2.  Add eggs one at a time to the butter mixture mixing between each egg         
3.  Add self raising flour mix until just combined
4.  Mash bananas and add 1 teaspoon bicarb soda and add bananas to mixture until just mixed. 
5.  Pour into two loaf tins    
6. Cook for 40 minutes
at 180c




 Ingredients

 Mash Bananas together with bi carb soda

 Cream butter and sugar and add eggs one at a time 

 Add self raising flour

 Mixture with banana added

 Place in loaf tins
